Personal Assistant to Managing Partner
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000
WE are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant for the managing partner of one of Cardiff top practices. You will be Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Partner.
Responsibilities:
Supervision of the administration team
Diary management, audio typing
Liaising with clients on behalf of the Managing Partner, organising travel arrangements and meetings
Skills:
Advanced IT skills – Word, Excell, Power point, digital dictation systems
Supervisory skills
Ability to organise and work to deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team
Attention to detail and perseverance
Maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism at all times
