Job Description
Construction (non-contentious) Solicitor
Our client is a strong national commercial firm with exceptional strength and reputation in the north west.
Its construction and projects team has a fantastic reputation in litigation but is less developed within the non-contentious arena. The firm is however growing this aspect of the business and has recently brought an additional partner to spearhead that growth.
In order to achieve success, the partner requires good support and is seeking a non-contentious construction lawyer with between 3-5 years PQE.
In-house experience will be considered however you must have a pre-dominant non-contentious aspect to your experience as this will be the focus in this role. You must have gained comprehensive experience, have good academics and wish to be involved in business development.
The construction team is involved in a number of sector areas, not just property, and include energy, waste, infrastructure and nuclear.
