The roles has arisen due to the firm seeing a significant growth in workload and will require you to manage a caseload of Wills, Probate and Trust files. Whilst you will be supervised by an experienced Partner it is expected that you will have the competence and confidence to work independently. The work on offer will be varied and your caseload will be varied to include drafting wills, managing estates, applying for Probate or Letters of Administration, drafting and advising on Trust documents, Powers of Attorney and other Elderly client services.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE working within Wills and Probate.
