TRANSACTIONAL CONSTRUCTION LAWYER – ANY UK OFFICE
We are currently looking to recruit a talented transactional (non-contentious) construction lawyer to join our Projects team in one of our UK offices (Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London or Manchester). The nature of the structure of the construction lawyers within the Projects team nationally means that we can be flexible on PQE and finding good quality candidates is more important than a particular level of PQE. We are however looking for candidates with good construction experience so candidates should be between 1-4 years PQE.

The Candidate Required
The successful candidate will have a strong grounding in transactional construction work in energy, infrastructure and/or property related transactional (non-contentious) construction work. They will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or a strong commercial regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
