Trainee Development Manager at City Law Firm – £70k (Fixed Term Contract)
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager looking to focus on the development of the trainees side – or a trainee development manager looking to utilise their experience and knowledge at global law firm.
Looking after a population of around 200 current and future trainees your role will entail everything from managing their expectations and concerns and dealing with any ER issues that arise to liaising with the trainees on secondment at clients’ offices and internationally.
They are looking for someone driven, professional and passionate about delivering the highest possible standards of pastoral care and mentoring to some of the legal profession’s most talented young stars.
To be considered it is essential that you have at least 5 years’ experience in the graduate recruitment & development arena, ideally with at least a couple of years’ focusing on the trainee development side.
While preference will definitely be given to those coming from large commercial law firms they are keen to consider applicants who have gained their experience in Australia, America and other commercial legal hubs.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract and they are looking for someone to start ASAP so immediately available candidates are preferred.
