Would you like to work for a top regional law firm committed to providing high quality legal service across a
wide range of practice areas? We are restructuring the Residential Conveyancing Department and recruiting for
proactive and confident team players to work within the busy, friendly and vibrant residential department. This position is ideal for a fee earner with proven ability to work with minimal supervision whilst being able to
monitor more junior members of the team, without the overall responsibility of managing a team.

You will need to be able to investigate title (freehold and leasehold preferably) and reporting on mortgages.

You must be able to deal with a sale and purchase transaction from start to finish, with the ability to assist with
client enquiries.

You will be responsible for team members training. The successful candidates will:o Have exceptional client care skills
o Be willing to learn new skills
o Have excellent attention to detail
o Be well organised and self motivated
o Ability to stay calm under pressure
o Good typing skillsFull company training will be given to the successful candidate who will also benefit from staff perks, with the
opportunity to progress and develop your career. All roles are preferably full time although we will consider
