This growing law firm are looking for Residential and Commercial Property Fee earners and a Head of Residential/Commercial Property to work from their Bridgwater office in Somerset.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum 3 years PQE and should have experience in :

Residential:

  • Equity release
  • Help to buy
  • Transfers of equity

  • Leaseholds and Freeholds

Commercial Property:

  • Commercial Leases
  • Commercial sale and purchases
  • Deeds of Variation
  • Licences
  • Easements and Overages
  • Deeds of covenant and release of covenant
  • Pre-emption Agreements
  • Option Agreements
  • Agricultural land purchases and sales
  • Farm business tenancies
  • Business sale and purchases
  • Holiday lodge park sales and dealing with lodge purchasers

You will assist the firm to achieve profit objectives, market the firm and add to its professional network. Key to these roles is to provide a proactive and constructive input into the firm's strategy. In the management role, as a Head of Department, you will optimise the performance of the teams, ensuring its profitability. An ability to train, develop and manage a team as well as moving the department forward with innovative ideas would be expects.

You will also be an ambassador for the firm and be able to win and retain clients and develop strong relationships with local Agents.
