Solicitor - Personal Injury Litigation

The opening is for a Solicitor / Legal Executive who will have accountability for their own busy case load and will be very results driven in keeping with the firm¿s forward momentum. Extensive experience in Personal Injury cases is essential

The role
To manage a caseload of personal injury cases, the role would suit someone who has an extensive background dealing with Fast Track litigated files with values up to £25,000, has the ability to draft applications and pleadings as well as take cases through to trial.

The Candidate
¿Demonstrate extensive experience in the legal profession (equivalency to 3 years+ PQE)
¿Results orientated, driven and self-motivated
¿Demonstrate a very high level of accuracy and detail
¿Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
¿Excellent communication skills ¿ oral and written
¿Team worker but capable of taking own initiative Flexible approach to work
