The successful candidate will lead a small conveyancing team across two offices, involving supervision of junior team members. This position holds excellent prospects for progression.
Candidates should have a good customer facing style and will need to be confident in their ability to offer an excellent level of client care to a wide range of clients. Some principal areas of law covered by the department are sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages, transfers of equity and voluntary registrations.
