My client is an award winning firm with a number of offices across the UK. As part of their continuing expansion they seek a number of experienced conveyancers to manage a caseload of residential matters from inception to completion using computerised systems.

As a Senior conveyancer you be able to effectively manage a caseload of 80 plus cases at any one time and take on a supervisory role, providing support to your Team Manager. You will be required to manage a high volume of sales, purchase, re mortgage, registered and unregistered title and land, right to buy, and new build.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience managing caseloads. Salaries are up to £31 000 and the firm offers an excellent work life balance in modern offices.
