We are currently looking for a talented Lawyer to join us in our Newcastle office to run Serious Injury cases. You will be a team player with the ability develop and maintain excellent client relationships and will be keen to engage in marketing and business development opportunities.
You will be conducting and managing a full caseload of Serious Injury cases. You will also play an important role in the Unit in helping to achieve the Unit’s objectives and will assist with the motivation, delegation, coaching and supervision of junior team members.

You will have at least 8 years PQE
You will have considerable experience in contentious multi track case handling including advocacy and litigation experience particularly with Serious Injury cases
Experience of delivering training to staff
Experience of successfully mentoring, developing and supervising individuals within PI litigation
Someone who is self-sufficient and thrives in a busy working environment
Excellent communication and client care skills, demonstrating an ability to empathise with vulnerable clients is essential
Empathy with the Labour Trade movement is desirable
