Our client has one of the largest and most well established defendant fast track litigation departments in the country. They are currently looking to find a team leader to supervise a team of fast track RTA fee earners.

They are looking for someone with sound technical experience in defendant RTA work coupled with management/supervisory responsibilities It is important to note that the work is all litigated/post issue work and it is essential that you have experience handling your own litigated caseload.

The role will be to handle your own caseload of litigated defendant RTA work in a case management driven modern working environment and supervise a small team handling the same work.

On offer is the chance to join a top 50 UK law firm at the forefront of insurance work. It's Manchester office is the hub for its casualty, RTA, fraud, disease and high value injury work. It has seen significant growth whilst competitor firms have struggled.
