Working alongside the Head of Department and top Fee Earners, you will be handling an array of complex and interesting files. With a mixed caseload of RTA and EL/PL, you will be handling cases from start to finish, including litigated files. You will work autonomously, managing your caseload effectively and maintaining a high level of client care. You will be reviewing medical reports, researching and obtaining relevant case law, drafting schedules of special damages and assessing suitable awards for compensation. A keen eye for detail is needed, in order to identify those cases that require litigation.
In order for your application to be successful, you will need a solid understanding of RTA, EL/PL alongside a proven track record in litigation. You must have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to be part of a growing team.
