Restructuring Solicitor

BCL Legal is excited to be working alongside a leading national commercial firm in Nottingham with its recruitment of a junior restructuring solicitor to join its busy team. The successful restructuring solicitor will have the opportunity to join a highly regarded large insolvency team.

In this role you will advise both domestic and international clients including banks, financial institutions and private companies. The role is wide-ranging and will encompass advising financial institutions, turnaround and insolvency practitioners, company directors, shareholders and other stakeholders on strategies for recovery and turnaround.

Ideally you will have gained some exposure to either restructuring or insolvency during training and thereafter. You will have a good academic record and be prepared to get involved in business development for the team and larger practice.
