Residential Property Solicitor - Kent.

Leading Kent based law firm are looking to recruit an experienced residential property lawyer to work in one of their small yet very busy branch offices.

Your role will include managing a varied conveyancing caseload which will be mainly residential along with some light commercial property work.

This is a non-volume conveyancing role where quality of work and quality of service is key. Much of their work comes from recommendations and repeat business which is very important to them.

This firm offer a friendly and relaxed yet professional working environment and the quality of work is excellent.

Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers and you must have at least 2 years experience of managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish. Some experience of commercial property work would be an advantage but is not essential.

The role is based in a lovely village in Mid Kent - there is plenty of free parking and their office is only a 5 minute walk from the mainline station.
