Residential Property Solicitor- Leeds

Multi-award winning law firm listed in the Legal 500 recruiting a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or an experienced conveyancer to join its team in Leeds.

Our client is a leading commercial law firm with a long established, volume conveyancing offering. Due to growth, it is recruiting a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or an experienced fee earner to join its fast paced and established conveyancing department.

The role will involve handling a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion, which will vary depending upon experience but will include:

* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
* Auction properties

This is a great opportunity to join a well established law firm where you will deal with high net worth clients whilst working within a small close-knit friendly team.
