Residential Conveyancer - Sutton Coldfield.

Are you a Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of three years fee earning experience who is looking to work in a leafy location on the outskirts of Birmingham and get stuck into high net worth quality residential property transactions?

My client is a modern and award winning legal practice based in Sutton Coldfield who is keen to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer with at least three years fee earning experience. You will be a stand alone fee earner who will be required to run a varied and highly established conveyancing caseload from instruction though to post completion.

The successful conveyancing property solicitor will be required to undertake business development and marketing but will walk into a very warm and busy caseload of varied residential conveyancing files which has a very loyal client base.

Please note - applications are only sough from competence and experienced conveyancers only for this particular post. A very competitive salary is on offer accompanied by a benefits package.

This particular office accommodates a small team and you will have full secretarial support. The office is set in town centre surroundings and you will have access to nearby parking.
