I am working with a leading regional practice which enjoys an excellent record for working with leading commercial and private clients on a range of legal matters. The firm is keen to speak to high quality residential property lawyers with experience of working with agricultural clients, ideally those who are well-connected in the Cotswolds and Oxfordshire areas, who would be interested in taking on a senior level position.
The firm already enjoys a strong presence in the fields of commercial and residential property, family law and private client and hence there is already an established local client base for the successful applicant to work with. The firm provides a high end and bespoke conveyancing service for clients who are willing to pay a little more for a top quality service, and thus you will be experienced within all areas of the conveyancing process to ensure that these demands are met.
In addition to this the corporate team works with a number of High Net Worth individuals with interests in the farming industry and country sports, hence you will also be involved in working and networking with these individuals to develop the agricultural offering further.
This is an excellent role for either an existing head of residential property, agricultural property or someone looking to take a step up to that level and who can bring either an active following or a book of contacts which can be utilised to develop this offering further. The firm has ear-marked this as a partner or partner designate hire, with succession planning in mind to eventually head up that team, so from the point of view of maintaining this success you should also be able to turn your hand to conversing with high end estate agents and developing these relationships as easily as you deal with land agents.
Remuneration for the role is highly competitive and will be dependent upon a number of areas such as level of seniority and value of any following. To discuss this opportunity in absolute confidence contact Greg Reid at VG Charles & Co by following the links provided.

This is a cross section of some of the comments we have received:
“I have known Jane for a number of years now. She has never been pushy or simply interested in placing me in the first available job. Instead, she has focused on finding the right job for me, at the right time for me. I would recommend Jane to anyone.”
“Tony has done an excellent job throughout. He is professional, courteous and thorough.”
“Greg was fantastic right from our initial conversation. He clearly has excellent knowledge of the market and goes the extra mile compared to other recruiters.
