JOB TITLE: Residential Property Paralegal
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Paralegal with prior experience working in a busy Residential Property department. Working closely with fee earners and the Head of Department the successful Paralegal will provide extensive support whilst handling their own caseload whilst supervised. In return you will be offered guidance and plenty of flexibility to scope your personal development. This is a demanding role in a busy department.
If you have strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise effectively and be highly organised and efficient whilst possessing the desire to develop your legal career in as a Residential Property Paralegal, then this opportunity might just be for you. The successfully appointed Residential Property Paralegal must have a law degree, have a minimum of 6 months experience of working in a residential property department and ideally will have completed the LPC, however this is not essential as support will be given to complete this in due course.
