The Firm
Our client, a prestigious law firm are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their office in Bramhall to handle a caseload of High Net Worth clients.

The Role
Will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing covering; Sales & Purchases, New Build, Remortgages and Equity/ Ownership matters. You will also be working on a number of transactions for High Net Worth clients.

The Ideal Applicant
Will be a Solicitor or FILEX with a minimum of 5 Years PQE within Residential Conveyancing. Additionally you will be comfortable about taking on a pre-existing caseload.
