Position - Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Solicitor/Conveyancing Executive/Residential Conveyancing/Residential Property
A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor or Lawyer to join a London based legal practice. The firm have seen strong growth in their Individual Services team over the course of the past year, with their Residential Property team witnessing particularly significant growth. With this in mind the firm are now looking to bring a Solicitor into this team. With this in mind the firm are looking for a Solicitor with a broad base of transactional Residential Conveyancing experience. Due to the nature of clients and cases the team cover any experience working on high net worth cases would be a big plus, as would any experience in leasehold enfranchisement work. In turn this a great opportunity for a Solicitor to work on a range of high value and quality cases, including complex leasehold work. In the longer run there are opportunities for progression to senior levels and the necessary structures in place for you to develop your own base of clients and referrers.
Required Skills and Responsibilities;
- Broad base of Residential Conveyancing experience.
- Ideally some experience working on high value transactions.
- Ideally some experience in handling leasehold enfranchisement matters.
- Be a team player
- Be a driven individual
- Excellent communication skills
