Residential Property Locum : Cambridgeshire : £35 - £40 per hour : June start : 2 months +

An exciting opportunity has become available for an accomplished Residential Property Locum to cover while the firm recruits on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for handling a busy residential property caseload to include the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold residential property from instruction to completion. You will also act for developers in the sale of newly built properties.

The successful applicant must have previous experience autonomously handling residential property transactions from instruction to completion.

You will have previous experience using case management systems and be IT proficient, as secretarial support is not provided.

The firm have been long associated with excellent service; therefore it's essential that you adopt a client orientated approach.

This role is particularly attractive due to its central office location; a modern environment surrounded by exquisite scenery. It is based near public transport with the added bonus of having car parking on-site. The firm are also offering flexible working hours for the right candidate.
