ROLE: Legal Secretary - Residential Conveyancing
HOURS: Full Time

Our client is a property specialist with over 80 years in business.Despite their age, they run a modern business with the aim of providing exceptional service. Thier Conveyancing Lawyers and Probate Solicitors are specialists in their field.
The role will involve assisting their Residential Conveyancing Team in day to day administration & dealing with file enquiries.
1. File opening, including preparing initial paperwork
2. Ordering searches using information provided
3. Inputting client details and title information onto case management system
4. Providing telephone support and handling quotations and enquiries
Knowledge of the Ochresoft Intelliworks case management system would be an advantage.
The role will also involve general business support & front of house duties.
To be considered for this position it is important that you have at least 2 years' experience as a legal secretary within a LAW FIRM. The client is looking for a confident candidate who can hit the ground running.
