Residential Conveyancer , Northampton

Well known regional firm is currently looking for an experienced residential property solicitor to join their thriving team.

You will be a major part of setting up this new department which will focus on majority high net worth residential property transactions, the successful candidates will be either be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 2-3 PQE or equivalent experience.

You should feel comfortable helping and mentoring junior members of staff.

Candidates should be personable and enthusiastic.

The firm have a growing regional presence and are expanding steadily.

What is important here is your ability to build rapport with estate agents in the local community and the wider general public. As the department will be starting from scratch, a high level of business development will be required initially.
