A very successful and busy residential conveyancing team requires a residential conveyancer to join their expanding residential conveyancing department.

The successful residential conveyancer will be experienced in managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages for both freehold and leasehold properties. You will have the ability to work with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements.

The successful conveyancer will also have the ability to work as part of a team as you will be required to work in any of the Firms 5 offices as and when the need arises to cover holiday and sick leave so it's essential you have excellent communication and organisational skills.

The role is open to solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers. You should be able to hit the ground running.

There will be great opportunities for progression within the department and you will be working alongside a friendly and supportive team to continue your development and progression as a lawyer within a recognised and respected solicitors firms.
