Residential Conveyancer

My client, a legal 500 firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join our busy property team on a full time basis.

The role will entail the candidate dealing with an existing Residential Conveyancing caseload, handling property transactions from initial contact to completion, Drafting contracts, Sales and purchases, Freehold and leasehold, Lease extensions and Exchanges.

Experience of new build plot purchases and the Help to Buy process would be an advantage.The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of case management systems and document production systems, and will also have excellent client care and communication.

You must be hard working conscientious and willing to work as part of an established and experienced team.

Other skills include:

- Good computer skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Superior organisational skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure​
