The role will entail the successful candidate to take on a full and active Residential Conveyancing caseload which will include but is not restricted to: sales, purchases, transfer of equity, help to buy and shared ownership matters. Applications for this Residential Conveyancing role will be considered from a qualified solicitor, licenced conveyancer, legal executive or those qualified by experience, ideally those who have a strong background and has dealt with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing.
