Experienced residential conveyancer and or property lawyer? My client is seeking experienced domestic conveyancer to join their well established and friendly practice in Bedfordshire.

This is a great opportunity to join a traditional private practice that has built a loyal and expanding client base. Accreditations include Lexcel and CQS and they are very active in the local communities of their 3 offices.

Due to retirement a vacancy has become available for a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer to take over an existing caseload of property matters including sales & purchases, shared ownership and right to buy. The firm employs a number of property fee earners across their offices and you will be working closely with other members of the department although you will be have a lot of autonomy with in this particular office. The role will see managing your own caseload with the support of a full time secretary. The ideal lawyer will be working with in a similar style role and will be used to managing a traditional style caseload and will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience in all aspects residential conveyancing and light commercial knowledge would be beneficial although not essential.

This is an important recruit for the firm and they are offering a competitive salary and part time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
