Residential and Commercial Property Locum

Our client, an established medium sized law firm based in South West London is looking to recruit a Residential and Commercial Property Locum to assist them with their property files. This position would be to start from the beginning of July and would last for a period of one to two months whilst they recruit permanently. Day to day duties will involve a wide range of property matters, including: sales, purchases, lending and new builds. The work is a 50-50 split of residential and commercial matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property locum to work for a well-regarded firm.

* The ideal solicitor will possess a high level of experience dealing with residential and commercial property
* A successful candidate will have the ability to handle a heavy and varied workload, with a high degree of responsibility
