If you are a qualified solicitor that is keen to establish themselves as a specialist in regulatory advisory work, you should forward your CV to us. Ideally you must have experience of handling health and safety or enforcement regulatory work. However this firm are equally interested to receive applications from newly qualified solicitors that have white collar crime experience that would be interested in this area of work.

You will ideally be able to demonstrate you have managed standalone regulatory work. A good understanding of health and safety is desirable but a grounding in criminal law would be an advantage as the work involved is contentious focused should you have an appetite for this.
