Residential Conveyancer, Manchester, leading national firm. Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner.
Are you an experienced conveyancer in the Manchester or Lancashire area requiring flexibility in your role and the opportunity to work from home?
This leading UK conveyancing firm is offering a rare opportunity to join its regional team. The firm is a market leader in the conveyancing sector with offices across the UK and an undeniable reputation for exceptional client service. Due to continued growth year on year, it is looking to recruit experienced residential conveyancers, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
This is a unique opportunity to handle a residential caseload from home. This varied caseload will include freehold/leasehold sales and purchases including new build and unregistered/registered properties. Ideally you will have experience handling lease extensions, deeds of trusts, auction sales, buy-to-let, shared ownership and deeds of variation, however this is not essential. Applications are welcomed from licensed conveyancers, solicitors, legal executives or experienced fee earners.
This role is ideal if you want a healthier work/life balance, more flexibility due to childcare commitments or simply want the benefit of home working without having to worry about a lengthy commute. As well as an award winning training and development programme, professional development is actively encouraged. Whilst you will be afforded the opportunity to work from home with the provision of full infrastructure, you will be supported by the management team and wider colleagues where regular get-togethers are encouraged.
On offer are exceptional benefits including season ticket loans, childcare loans and a generous bonus scheme.
