This revered national law firm is looking to recruit a Records Manager to join its Operations department based in its Birmingham offices, however occasional travel to other offices may be required.
You will be responsible for managing the firms electronic and paper-based information, in line with current legislation. This role is highly active and so you will be required to have a knowledge of both information management and compliance.
Key duties include: working closely with the firms file storage providers, identifying record management resources and establishing new systems, researching and advising on legal / regulatory matters including GDPR and managing the data archive process.
You will need two years previous experience in a similar role, which included duties of archive destruction and records management. ARA accreditation is desirable.
