Currently recruiting for a large UK based and leading law in London that cover a full range of legal services for individuals and businesses. I am looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join our client on a permanent, full time contract and to be based within a modern Central London office. Salary is negotiable depending on previous experience and background which includes a fantastic benefits package.
The successful candidate will be entering a Real Estate team that covers but may not be limited to; Acquisition disposals, Landlord and Tenant, Assets and investments, Sales and purchases, Commercial development and Secured lending cases.
The ideal Real Estate Solicitor will be an NQ previously trained in Real Estate or a 1-year qualified Real Estate Solicitor currently working for a reputable firm/team. It is important that you are currently working on a mixed case load as you will be expected to work for clients within retail, social housing, banks/lenders and developers.
This is a great opportunity for a Junior Real Estate Solicitor to join a fantastic law firm. You will be offered excellent support to develop your technical knowledge and ability and a chance to gain an excellent platform within the practice area. It is essential that candidates have a general Commercial Property background with a strong track record in their previous or current role. You must be a confident individual and be IT literate also.
