We are instructed on an exciting new real estate role by our pre-eminent client whose Bristol based real estate team is an integral part of the wider real estate department, which has a strong presence in London and internationally.

 

The department has a diverse client base that includes substantial investors, property funds, lenders, borrowers, developers, landlords and occupiers. The international reach of the cross-border, cross-sector team across Asia, Europe and the Middle East enables the team to respond to varying client needs.

 

Working with the world’s leading property organisations, our client is known for providing first-class real estate advice.

Our client is recruiting for an Associate (NQ- 3yrs) to further grow and develop its offering in the Bristol market.

 

This role offers great levels of autonomy and exposure balanced with support from more senior colleagues. Working closely within a supportive team environment the work covers a wide range of diverse real estate cases of high level and large size acquisitions from the Bristol and London offices.

 

This post will be involved in a range of areas within the practice group from corporate support, finance/re-finance, Landlord and Tenant (both sides) and general estate management of sizeable estates. This post will also have the opportunity to work alongside the senior members of the team doing real estate renewables work and will include acquisitions and disposals as well as complex structuring.

 

The real estate team works with the firm’s most prestigious clients on high level quality work.

 

You will be a proactive and intelligent Solicitor who has keen desire and ability to apply initiative and a forward thinking approach to a diverse and varied workload. You will have good academics and at least one real estate seat in your training contract (although previously paralegal experience may be considered if of the right quality).

 

The team is known for working hard to support one another, work collegiately and continuously strive to develop the firms brand.
