This is an exciting opportunity for a Public Law Children Specialist to join their Family Law Department.
Our Client has an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Solicitor or Legal Executive specialising in Public Law children cases. This full time role will involve managing an existing busy caseload of care cases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to assisting often vulnerable clients and who is ambitious to drive their career forward.
You will be a capable advocate.
You will have detailed knowledge of the relevant law and case law.
You will have experience in acting for parents, children and / or the Local Authority in Care, Supervision and Adoption matters.
Membership of the Law Society's Children Panel or working towards accreditation would be an advantage.
You will have excellent IT skills.
You will be a team player.
You will be focussed on providing exceptional service and advice to your clients.
You will have excellent knowledge of the legal aid rules and regulations.
You will manage your files so that they are compliant with the legal aid agency requirements.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
