A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property solicitor to join this dynamic practice in London.

The successful candidate will work closely with the head of department who undertakes a range of both commercial property and residential conveyancing work. 

At present the caseload is roughly 60% residential conveyancing and 40% commercial property matters.

The firm is CQS accredited firm as regards the residential work, the firm acts predominantly for high net worth entrepreneurs. 

The firm is also on most of the bank panels.

This is an exciting time in the firm’s history as the flow of instructions demands the appointment of a number of property lawyers.

The role is very much client facing and you will have a positive and friendly matter in dealing with clients and colleagues.

You will also be encouraged to take a very active role in business development initiatives actively in seeking new business by forming professional relationships with key introducers.
