As a consequence, the salary is by negotiation and depending on experience, considering the market-rate.
You will be able to manage a general property caseload from initial instructions through to post-completions, unaided. Your experience and knowledge will include sales and purchases, plot sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant as well as secured lending matters.
The ability to maintain and develop relationships with local Estate Agents, Surveyors, Bankers , Financial Advisors and other introducers is a must. You will therefore be a natural communicator and somebody who can build rapport with ease. You will be acting on behalf of a wide range of clients including Banks and portfolio managers.
As well as the above, you will be required to assist with and contribute to the firm’s general marketing plan across the region. With that in mind, you will work alongside your colleagues (of all levels) to ensure that you and your fellow team-members achieve any set objectives.
You will be NQ – 7 years PQE level with strong experience of both commercial and residential property, with a stronger focus on commercial work for more experienced candidates.
