QED Legal is working with a highly reputable Legal 500 and Chambers listed national practice whose Real Estate Litigation Team is enjoying a significant increase in instructions and so is now wanting to appoint an additional Property Litigation Solicitor to its envied team at the firms' Birmingham city centre office.

It is a major player in the market and offers bespoke legal services in a variety of sectors to include wealth protection, real estate, technology, charities, employment, corporate and education with a client base consisting of large PLCs, high net worth families, landowners, a plethora of government and public bodies and a number of educational institutions.
The firms' Real Estate Litigation Team is one of the leaders in the sector and is retained by a number of higher education bodies, property investors, developers and HNW worth clients with landed estates. You will have anything from 1 to 4 years' PQE having gained experience at a distinguished national firm and will be proficient in dealing with a variety of property litigation matters such as commercial, residential and agricultural with issues such as lease renewal, adverse possession, possession and forfeiture, rent reviews, rights of way and anti-social behaviour. You will also have good academics, be ambitious and enthusiastic in forging a career in the property litigation sector and have an exceptional level of client care.
