Our client is a boutique property firm in a prestigious prime central London location. It has a fantastic reputation in all aspects of real estate including real estate litigation, residential leasehold and L&T. The firm prides itself on offering robust and pragmatic advice and obtaining the best results for its clients. This is a highly successful and busy firm on the up and up.

Our client requires an additional solicitor to deal with an increasing caseload of leasehold enfranchisement, statutory and voluntary lease extensions, right to manager and absentee freeholder issues. Experience in this area is highly desirable although experienced property litigators with broad experience are also encouraged to apply as the team dealing with dilapidations, lease renewals, assignments, rent reviews, land registry disputes, boundary disputes, rights of way, easements and adverse position is also consistently busy.

A fantastic firm offering great clients and work in a superb location with the opportunity to develop and progress.
