JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 0 - 10 years PQE
LOCATION: West Midlands/Worcestershire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a thriving team based in the Midlands. The appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will advise and assist clients in land and property related disputes including but not limited to contested lease renewals, lease termination, disputed dilapidation and service charge claims, actions for breach of covenants, actions against telecommunication operators, possession claims and enforcement, boundary disputes, nuisance, trespass, third party rights over land, enfranchisement claims and Party Wall act disputes. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be working closely with one of the firm's partners and will provide advice to other divisions across the offices as required.
The ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will be newly qualified but applications will be considered from candidates with up to 10 years' PQE due to busy caseload. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will have experience in commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation as well as general real estate litigation such as, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance access and easements. The firm expects the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor to be flexible and proactive as they may have to travel to other offices in the West Midlands.
