Private Client Solicitor - Midhurst, West Sussex
From £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

They are available for appointments out of hours and are happy to visit if their clients have difficulty in going to one of our clients' offices.
Due to expansion of the Department our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Practitioner to join the team at our client's Midhurst office to advise on a particularly varied workload, notably Wills, Trusts and Capital Taxes planning. You will be joining a large Private Client Department extended across three other offices.
The successful Private Client Solicitor must be technically strong in respect of UK Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, succession and Trust work to include the creation of Trusts and the strategic advice to Testators, Trustees and Beneficiaries. You will be responsible for managing and assisting other fee earners in these areas. You will have a proven track record of attention to detail, and be capable of prioritising and working well under pressure. You will demonstrate a client-focused approach, possess excellent IT and literacy skills as well as being extremely well organised. Preference will be given to candidates with links to the local area although those looking to relocate will be considered if you have ties to the area.
