Private Client Solicitor

A Private Client Solicitor is required to join a well established legal practice in East Riding of Yorkshire offering quality services to local businesses and individuals. Salary is very competitive with an attractive benefits package.

The role will incorporate all aspects of Wills & Probate work. You will offer advice and conduct the appropriate drafting of Wills for a variety of clients and act for Personal Representatives in probate matters. You will also be experienced in dealing with elderly client work and also deal with LPA's and trust work. The ideal candidate will be at the Senior level and be expected to help grow the department.

We are looking for an experienced Private Solicitor ideally 3+ years PQE who is able to step in and take on this role within a very reputable firm. STEP or SFE membership would be an advantage but you must be ambitious, proactive and have excellent communication skills.
