Seth Law Solicitors are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to take over the general management of the Firm.

This is a hands-on, practical role offering the full scope of practice management duties and competitive remuneration. You will be reporting to the Principal of the Firm.

The selected candidate will be self-motivated, and a fast learner, with the ability to take initiative and multi-task. You will have overall responsibility for office management generally, regulatory compliance, recruitment, human resources invoicing, ensuring renewal of insurance policies and other responsibilities. You will contribute to marketing, and have oversight of IT and premises management. We are a fast growing team so you will be flexible and able to cover a wide range and level of tasks.

You will have the following:

  • Previous experience as a Manager within a law firm
  • A degree or equivalent experience
  • CMI or CIPD qualification would be advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience of compliance to include anti-money laundering, KYC, data protection regulation and SRA requirements including the Solicitors Accounts Rule requirements
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks in a high activity, dynamic environment
  • The ability to:
  • maintain confidentiality
  • manage HR issues
  • ensure the smooth and effective running of the office
  • ensure compliance of corporate policies and processes
  • think strategically as well as attention to detail where needed.

Salary is negotiable depending on your background and experience.
