An experienced Practice Manager is sought for this regional law firm with offices across Devon, Dorset and Somerset.

This is a permanent position heading up a small team which include a Compliance Officer, HR Administrator, 2 Legal Cashiers and work closely with the partners including the Finance Partner.

The firm have an excellent reputation and have won Law Firm of the Year and are CQS and Lexcel accredited. The role will involve:

  • HR and training;
  • Recruitment strategy;
  • IT and Communications hardware and contracts;
  • Supplier contracts;
  • Partnership administration, meeting Minutes and assisting with the firm’s strategy;

There will be frequent travel to all of the firm’s offices so you must be a car driver.

This is a full time position although 4 days would also be considered or some flexibility on hours for the right person.

If you are already a "centre of calm" then you will fit well into the current set up. The firm are offering an excellent salary which would be dependant upon your skills and experience.
