Our busy Real Estate team are looking to recruit a Post Completion Administrator to join their team;-
Main Purpose of the Job:
To provide effective and efficient administartion support in relation to commerical property transaction for our London office whilst being based in our Nottingham office. Communicating effectively across all departments and with clients. Continually looking to streamline and improve processes within the department.
You will produce documents and letters as directed by fee earners; will attend to clients by telephone; and will assist fee earners with day to day administrative matters to include: closing files and archiving, file organisation, dealing with SDLT and HMLR registration documents and other post completion requirements.
The successful candidate must be well organised, able to show initiative, capable of working under pressure when necessary, have excellent communication skills, be a real team player and have a flexible and professional approach with a willingness to get involved with the office as a whole.

Candidates must have experience within a real estate department.
