Our vacancy

We are seeking to recruit an experienced plot conveyancer to join our busy Residential Development team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with plot sales for one or more national housebuilders from reservation to completion. The role will involve sending out standard plot sale paperwork from a case management system, dealing with pre contract enquiries, exchanging contracts and dealing with completions. You will have your own workload, be able to work with minimal supervision, manage your own time, self type and develop and maintain client relationships.

The successful candidate

Personality fit is going to be absolutely critical for this role and our successful candidate will be a very personable, bright and confident individual who has excellent client management skills. He/she will also demonstrate the following attributes:

* excellent commercial acumen

* good communication skills

* ability and willingness to learn

* attention to detail

* organised with time and documents

* ability to prioritise

* good IT skills

* discretion and professionalism
