An experienced Personal Injury Legal Secretary is required for one of Liverpool's best-known Claimant law firms.
The firm in question requires a full-time Legal Secretary to join their busy Personal Injury Team at their Liverpool office working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
You will be in a position to demonstrate a high standard of client care using audio typing and IT skills to include case management work. The successful applicant will be able use their initiative, work within a team and be able to respond to deadlines as required.
The role is to work directly for an experienced Solicitor.
The firm has a reputation for being one of the most progressive and successful Claimant Law Firms in the North West with first rate experience of all manner of personal injury claims.
They currently employ over 100 members of staff and their offices are located in the heart of the business district within walking distance of Moorfields Station.
You will be responsible for preparing accurate documents for court hearings, corresponding to clients by email or telephone along with diary management, filing, scanning, typing and photocopying.
Other miscellaneous work may include assisting with drafting documents, client liaison, research work, general correspondence and administrative support.
Previous experience of personal injury work is essential.
What is on offer
The salary for the role is expected to be between £18,000 and £20,000 depending upon experience.
25 days annual leave.
