This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated Litigation Assistant. The role will involve managing a caseload which may include Portal disease cases, or low value non-complex non-portal FT cases. You will have knowledge of PI Law, Pre-Action Protocols, CPR and funding - as applicable. We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, with excellent communication and client care skills, and the ability to prioritise, which is essential to the role.
