As part of a dedicated team of Fee-Earners dealing with post issue RTA matters you will be responsible for an autonomous caseload of RTA files from cradle to grave.
Dealing with all aspects of the claims from their exiting the portal, including all litigation, you will be expected to have reciprocal experience gained within an autonomous Personal Injury position at a similarly well regarded firm.
The firm believe in letting experienced Fee-Earners get on with what they are good at and while supportive the team is best suited to adept and focused candidates.
