ROLE: Legal Secretary - Personal Injury

A leading law firm based in Macclesfield is seeking a Legal Secretary to join them within their Personal Injury department.
The Legal Secretary will assist Fee Earners mainly within the RTA department but the legal secretary will also contribute with general administration for the personal injury department as a whole, as well as some other ad hoc duties.
The Legal Secretary role will be busy and varied. Typical duties will include:
* Document Production
* Photocopying, faxing and filing
* Digital Dictation
* Searches & forms
* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Diary Management
* Filing & Archiving
* Occasional Meeting & Travel arrangements
To be considered for this position it is important that you have at least 2 years experience within a personal injuty department as either a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant.
You should be a confident Legal Secretary and be able to work under minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. You must have excellent IT skills in relation to Microsoft Office and be able to type a minimum of 60 words per minute. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail and you should be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and third parties.
